Royal Ballroom — New Orleans

The Royal Ballroom in the French Quarter is a 19th-century event hall with plaster medallions, crystal chandeliers, and 14-foot ceiling height — a room that requires both acoustic finesse and physical sensitivity during installation. We rigged the Axion line array from existing iron load points, coordinating with the historic preservation office on every attachment point.

The CrestControl CC-16 gives the ballroom’s event coordinators one-button recall for five event types: ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and speeches. NOLA’s humidity extremes required upgraded corrosion-resistant connectors and sealed amplifier bays. The Royal Ballroom has hosted over 200 weddings and corporate events since installation with consistently five-star audio reviews.
