Skyline Rooftop in Downtown LA sits 22 floors above street level, exposed to wind, marine layer humidity, and significant temperature swings between day and night. All Axion components used in this installation were fitted in IP67-rated enclosures with stainless hardware to resist the coastal environment.

The WaatBox Battery Pack powers the system through rooftop power cuts and provides a clean, regulated supply that prevents the interference common from shared building power. Despite the open-air setting, the directional Axion line array maintains 97 dB at 20m while keeping neighbors below the city’s outdoor entertainment ordinance threshold of 75 dB at the property line.
