Our Commitment to Quality
Every Shockwave product is built to perform under the most demanding conditions. We stand behind our equipment with comprehensive warranty coverage and direct technical support.
Standard Warranty Coverage
Speakers & Subwoofers — 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Drivers are warranted for 2 years. Cosmetic damage and abuse are excluded.
Amplifiers & DSP Processors — 2-year limited warranty. Covers all internal components and power supply failures under normal operating conditions.
Accessories & Cables — 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Turnkey PA Systems — 3-year warranty on the complete system when purchased as a package. Individual component warranties apply if components are purchased separately.
What Is Not Covered
Physical damage from drops, impacts, or water exposure. Damage from operation outside published specifications (impedance mismatch, over-powering, signal clipping). Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties. Normal wear on cosmetic surfaces, handles, and grilles.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will troubleshoot remotely first — many issues can be resolved without shipping the unit back. If a return is needed, we provide a prepaid shipping label and typical turnaround is 5-10 business days.
Beyond Warranty
Even after your warranty period ends, we offer repair services at competitive rates. We stock replacement drivers, amplifier modules, and crossover components for all current and recent products. We do not believe in planned obsolescence — if we sold it, we support it.
